    Retreats offer a wonderful opportunity to break away from the office routine, to recuperate, to reassess and refocus. They offer an opportunity to clarify issues, make problems seem less insurmountable, and solutions more attainable.

    In order to reach the greatest benefit, the retreat must be well planned, well organized and well managed. This is most readily accomplished with a facilitator.
